2. All orders, contracts, specifications, and product constructions are subject to changes which may be required to comply with applicable law or government order, regulation, or restriction.

3. All products sold are first grade and new. Due to the variety of applications and conditions that this product may encounter, no warranty of any kind whatsoever, either oral or written is either expressed or implied for the performance of this product. Products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. V-Torque shall not be liable for special and/or consequential damages, even if V-Torque has been notified of the potential of such loss or claim.
